Package Info All packages now include a range of images in colour, black & white, sepia, blue tone and creative digital effects. Your wedding proofs are presented in an online album and a proof slideshow on cd-rom. Online albums can be accessed for 6 months after the wedding and enable your family and friends to view and order reprints and enlargements of all your wedding photographs. Most major credit/debit cards accepted using our secure server. Standard Coverage - Photographic coverage starts one hour prior to the wedding ceremony at the wedding venue and continues through to the commencement of the wedding meal. A stop off at a local park, beauty spot etc is included if required. Coverage includes shots of the groom, best man, ushers arriving at the venue with formal shots, candids etc, shots of the bridesmaids, brides arrival, shots during the ceremony if allowed, shots of close family group members, shots of the wedding party and personal shots of the bride & groom. Extended Coverage - As above plus bridal preparation coverage of up to one hour (if required). Full Coverage - Full photographic coverage of your big day? Capturing all those moments from the bride getting ready through to the fun and laughter of the speeches and the romance of your first dance together as husband and wife. |

A 10% discount is available on all packages for Mon - Weds weddings, except bank holidays. A 10% discount is also available on winter weddings (Nov to Feb). All prices include VAT @ 17.5% Digital Files Package £895 inc VAT. - (High Resolution Digital Images Only). High quality digital images, shot on the latest professional digital SLR's. This service offers you high quality digital files enabling you to do what you want with the finished images and offers tremendous value for money. This package offers a mix of creative digital effects and includes images in colour, black & white, sepia and blue tone. Approx 3 weeks after your wedding you will receive a proof slide show of your wedding images on CD and approx 200 high resolution digital files on disk. You could use your images to make your own re-prints and enlargements, create your own website, email to family and friends .... the list is endless! Includes a proof slideshow on cd-rom, an online album and a set of low resolution images of all your wedding photos for emailing. Includes Standard Coverage from one hour prior to the ceremony up to the start of your wedding meal. ____________________ Traditional Album Package 40 8" x 6" Prints - £850 inc VAT. 40 10" x 8" Prints - £925 inc VAT. The traditional option, view your wedding photographs in a quality, handmade, traditional wedding album from Spicer Hallfield. 40 prints of your choice will be presented to you in your choice of album. Choose your 40 images from approx 200. This package offers a mix of creative digital effects and includes images in colour, black & white, sepia and blue tone. Includes a proof slideshow on cd-rom, an online album and a set of low resolution images of all your wedding photos for emailing. Includes Standard Coverage from one hour prior to the ceremony up to the start of your wedding meal. The Traditional package is based on the Handmade Chatsworth Album from Spicer Hallfield. Available in black, burgundy or Ivory. View here. Due to demand the 8" x 6" Traditional Package is not available for Saturdays between May and September each year. Minimum order would be for the 10" x 8" package. ____________________ Classic Album Package 30 10" x 10" Prints - £895 inc VAT. The classic option, if you love the look of the classic square format then this is the album for you. Your final images are presented in a stunning 10" x 10" album. Comes complete with a presentation box, your names are embossed on the front of the album. There is also a small aperture on the front of the album for your favourite image. Choose your 30 images from approx 200. This package offers a mix of creative digital effects and includes images in colour, black & white, sepia and blue tone. Includes a proof slideshow on cd-rom, an online album and a set of low resolution images of all your wedding photos for emailing. Includes Standard Coverage from one hour prior to the ceremony up to the start of your wedding meal. Ideal for the smaller or midweek wedding. Due to demand this package is not available for Saturdays between May and September each year. Minimum order for a Classic Album during this period would be the 50 image package (below). This album has the option of adding additional images to create a story book effect layout, similar to the Contemporary album - 15 Page (30 side) but with up to 50 images - £950 inc VAT. ____________________ Contemporary Album Package 30 side A4 Album - £950 inc VAT. 40 side A4 Album - £1050 inc VAT. Our most popular package! - The classic look of a traditional album, with a storybook page layout! This package utilises the new range of Italian black leather book bound albums and the latest album design software. Consisting of A4 montage pages, each page is individually designed, using up to 75 (30 page) or 100 (40 page) of your favourite images to create a modern storybook style album. Choose your images by viewing approx 200 on a cd-rom proof slideshow which is yours to keep. Once you and your family have had time to view the images and pick your favourites, I will design your album using the latest album design software. The layout of the album pages will be sent to you to preview. Once you have agreed the final layout it takes approx 3 - 4 weeks for the album to be made and assembled for you. The booking fee is deductible from your package cost and the balance is due 1 month before date of wedding. All bookings are taken on a "First Come, First Served" basis. Finished albums can be collected by appointment or delivered locally free of charge. An additional charge of £20 will apply for postage/packing/insurance of albums within the UK. Further charges will apply for postage of albums out with the UK. Please note all albums must be ordered within 6 months of the wedding. The Story Book Package 12" x 8" Story Book - £1295 inc VAT. 16" x 12" Story Book - £1495 inc VAT. The latest range in Storybook albums! Professionally designed book bound albums, your wedding day story is laid out across the full two-page spread, printed right onto the pages of a magazine style story book album. These albums feel more like an expensively produced art book than a wedding album. The magazine style allows for greater creativity in layout. Albums are available with black or ivory covers and come with their own personalised jacket cover. Using up to 175 of your favourite wedding images I can create an individually unique reminder of your wedding day. The layout of the album pages will be sent to you to preview. Once you have agreed the final layout, your album will be ready in approx 3 - 4 weeks. Includes a proof slideshow on cd-rom, an online album and a set of low resolution images of all your wedding photos for emailing. Coverage from the bridal preparations up to the start of your wedding meal. Above prices are based on a 20 page (40 side) album containing up to 85 of your favourite images. Additional pages can be added at £100 per block of 5 pages (10 sides), allowing an extra 20 images per 5 pages. Maximum capacity of Story Book albums are 40 pages (80 sides) containing 175 images.
