The ultimate combination! A combined photography and videography package to capture all the elements of the greatest day of your lives. We have taken our most popular photography package and our most popular wedding film package and combined them to give you a money saving Ultimate Combination Package. We use our photographic skills to bring you a blend of stills that seize the moments and film that captures the movement and sound of the emotions of the day.
Package 1 (Ultimate) - £1795 - Includes:
- One photographer & one videographer
- Full coverage from bridal prep to the end of third dance*
- Approx. 500 high resolution digital photos on crystal heart USB ready for printing
- Secure online album gallery with options to order a range of printed products
- Wedding film in HD on USB
- Highlights film in HD on USB
- Aerial photography & filming included (subject to weather and location restrictions)
Package 2 (Hybrid)* - £1295 - Includes:
- One photographer/videographer
- Full photographic coverage from bridal prep to the end of third dance*
- Approx. 400+ high resolution digital photos on crystal heart USB ready for printing
- Secure online album gallery with options to order a range of printed products
- Filming of Ceremony/Speeches/First Dance
- 2/3 minute highlights film (with licensed music) and separate films of ceremony and speeches
- Location aerial photography & filming included (subject to weather and location restrictions)
- Films presented online via vidflow
*Photo/Video Hybrid Package 2 is a full day photography package but I will set up 2/3 video cameras to record your ceremony, speeches and first dance. I will also aim to shoot little bits of video during the day while I'm taking photos, to create a short highlights film. This package is ideally suited to smaller weddings and only available at venue weddings (not suitable for church/chapel weddings). * Free bridal prep is only included if getting ready at the wedding ceremony location. If photography/filming required after 9pm then an additional fee will apply.

How To Book:
If you wish to book us for your wedding, then the first thing you have to do is check we are available for your big day. We can be booked up to two years in advance for Friday and Saturday weddings during the peak wedding months (May to September) and usually between 6-12 months for all other days & dates. To check our availability you can complete our contact form, email us or telephone us on 07429 429190.
When we confirm your date is free, all you have to do to secure our services for your wedding day is to pay the booking fee of £250. This can be done in person if you'd like to meet us before making a booking. If you want to make sure you don't miss out on your preferred date, you can pay your booking fee by cash or bank transfer (BACS). BACS details available on request.
Please note, all bookings are taken on a 'first come, first served' basis. What this means is that the first person to pay the booking fee secures the date. Unfortunately we cannot take provisional bookings.
Payment of the relevant booking fee confirms your booking and is deductible from your package price with the balance due 2 months before the date of your wedding. Failure to pay balance by due date will be taken as an indication of cancellation of booking, with loss of booking fee. Dates are reserved only when the booking fee is paid. We also require a signed booking form. Upon signature of booking agreement John Carroll Photography reserves the time and date agreed upon, and will not make any other reservations for that time and date.
